Wai,
I am Spencer Greening (La’goot), a Tsimshian (Ts’msyen) Anthropologist from the Gitga’at First Nation (Gitk‘a’ata) of the Pacific Northwest Coast. I am currently a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Victoria, but reside in my home territories. My work focuses on Indigenous ecological knowledge, governance, and stewardship. I have spent my adult life researching the deep time relationships between the Ts’msyen, the places we live, and the non-human beings we are in relationship with.
O ‘niit.
